Dr. Marty Becker

Dr. Becker, “America’s Veterinarian,” is the founder of Fear Free, which works to prevent and alleviate fear, anxiety, and stress in pets by inspiring and educating the people who care for them. He has written 23 books that have sold almost 8 million copies, including three New York Times best-sellers. Dr. Becker was the resident veterinary contributor on “Good Morning America” for 17 years. Dr. Bob Murtaugh

Dr. Murtaugh is the Chief Professional Relations Officer for Thrive Pet Healthcare. He is a board-certified veterinary emergency and critical care specialist and a board-certified specialist in veterinary internal medicine. He has been a veterinary specialist, educator, and consultant for over three decades. Dr. Murtaugh is a pioneer in specialty veterinary medicine and paved the way for emergency and critical care to become an American Veterinary Medical Association–recognized specialty in 1989.

Dr. Jim Clark

Dr. Jim Clark is an animal lover, entrepreneur, multi-practice owner, clinician, and educator. After working in general and emergency practice for more than 20 years, earning an MBA, and serving as an owner in four ER/Spec practices, Clark joined the faculty of the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2010, assuming leadership of their Professional Skills curriculum. He currently provides instruction in communication, mental health, career planning, DEI, and business management skills. Clark is also a Co-Founder of the educational consulting firm Pet Practice Partners, which is dedicated to providing impactful and cost-effective evidence-based learning for the veterinary profession.
